Purpose and scope

XGestión is an ERP system that supports commercial and administrative management, sales, inventory, cash and reporting. Available features depend on the version, modules, configuration and applicable integrations.

Registration and accurate data

You must be an adult, have legal capacity and provide truthful, current and sufficient information. You are responsible for keeping it updated and for being authorized to represent the business.

Free trial

The current duration is shown before submission and comes from service configuration. Only one trial is allowed per person, email, mobile phone and/or business. No credit card is required. License and server access are included during the stated period for one computer; technical support is not included.

License

The right to use XGestión is personal to the registered business, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It may not be sold, sublicensed, shared or used to circumvent technical or commercial limits.

Expiration and information

License and server access expire automatically on the communicated date. Support is expired from the start. Access may then be disabled. XSoft does not promise automatic deletion; retention follows the Privacy Policy and legal or operational needs. Export any needed information before expiration.

Availability, maintenance and support

The trial is subject to technical availability and may be affected by maintenance, updates or interruptions. Technical support is not included; published channels may be used for commercial questions or to purchase a plan that includes support.

Acceptable use

You may evaluate XGestión for lawful business purposes. Security attacks, unauthorized reverse engineering, malware, abusive automation, access to third-party data, impersonation, unlawful or fraudulent use are prohibited.

Intellectual property

XGestión, trademarks, interfaces, documentation and components belong to XSoft Sistemas or its licensors. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred.

Third-party services

Some downloads, communications, integrations or infrastructure may rely on providers governed by their own terms. XSoft does not control those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the trial is offered for evaluation and XSoft is not liable for indirect losses or decisions based solely on trial information. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liability remain unaffected.

Suspension

XSoft may reject, suspend or revoke a trial due to fraud, abuse, breach, security risk, false information or prohibited use.

Changes

Terms may be updated. The accepted version is recorded with the request, and future changes are published with their effective date.

Governing law

Argentine law applies. Courts with jurisdiction in Rosario, Santa Fe will hear disputes unless mandatory rules provide otherwise. The Spanish version prevails if translations differ.
