Data collected

We may process business name, contact name, industry, mobile phone, email, city, province, accepted legal versions, acceptance date and limited technical data. The IP address is immediately transformed into an HMAC fingerprint and is not retained in clear text. User-Agent is not stored as consent evidence.

Purposes

We use data to validate the request, create or complete the prospect, register the company, issue a one-computer license, record the zero-value symbolic purchase, provide server and support, send operational instructions, prevent fraud, enforce trial limits and resolve incidents.

Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on consent and on pre-contractual steps requested by you. Acceptance is mandatory for creating the trial and is recorded with date and document version.

Communications

The site may use session cookies and technical information required for security, preferences, language and operation. No new analytics platform is added for this form and no personal data is sent in technical events.
