Privacy Policy

This policy explains how XSoft Sistemas processes personal data related to XGestión and its free trial.

We may process business name, contact name, industry, mobile phone, email, city, province, accepted legal versions, acceptance date and limited technical data. The IP address is immediately transformed into an HMAC fingerprint and is not retained in clear text. User-Agent is not stored as consent evidence.

We use data to validate the request, create or complete the prospect, register the company, issue a one-computer license, record the zero-value symbolic purchase, provide server and support, send operational instructions, prevent fraud, enforce trial limits and resolve incidents.

Processing is based on consent and on pre-contractual steps requested by you. Acceptance is mandatory for creating the trial and is recorded with date and document version.

We send operational messages about registration, download, activation, expiration, security and support. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing; commercial communications require a separate legal basis or consent when applicable.

Hosting, email, support, infrastructure and security providers may process data only as needed and under applicable contractual obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption or hashing where appropriate, minimization, traceability and transactional protection. No system is infallible and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Data is kept as long as necessary to operate the trial, support users, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and defend rights. Retention varies by data type and applicable duty.

The site uses session cookies and technical information required for security, preferences, language and operation. Optional measurement is described in the separate notice at the end of this policy.

Under Argentine Law 25,326 and applicable rules, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

Email [email protected] with your request and enough information to verify identity. We may request further information to protect your data and will respond within applicable legal deadlines.

We may update this policy and will publish the new version and date. The Spanish version prevails if translations differ.

Optional analytics and advertising use separate consent choices in the privacy banner. Accepting the trial terms or submitting an inquiry does not grant that consent. You may choose necessary cookies only and continue using the site.

Depending on the tools configured and your choices, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and contact actions, Google Ads to relate advertising visits to confirmed inquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to understand navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. Forms and Nadia conversations are masked for Clarity. These tools may use cookies and receive technical data such as IP addresses, browser and device information, identifiers and navigation activity. Masking does not make all collected data anonymous.

Our privacy preference cookie lasts up to 180 days. Our campaign attribution cookie retains the first and most recent campaign origin for up to 30 days after the most recent recorded campaign visit, limited to the categories you permit. Providers apply their own retention periods and account settings. We may consolidate advertising and commercial metrics in Windsor.ai according to the sources connected, to compare campaign costs, inquiries, demos and sales.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops new measurements in the withdrawn categories; it does not automatically delete data previously received by providers.
